I have worked with Lee Robinson at NSC Global since Jan 2009. I was an operations manager recruiting for Intelligent, technically gifted, vibrant personalities to help transform a failing service desk. Lee was a first choice candidate to help reshape the team.

Firstly he delivered from a technical capacity so I knew I could rely on him to ensure service to our customer base was maintained. Secondly, the interaction, customer focus and talent Lee possesses dealing with people is first class. After continuing to work with Lee I always said he should push his career into Technical sales environment.

In 2009 I moved companies into the telecommunications market working for NSC Global. Again, I was tasked with creating a large team of Network specialists. I knew Lee’s educational background and technical focus was in the networking arena so I did not hesitate to call him up and tell him about this career opportunity.

Lee has now been working for me and Nscglobal for the last 3 years. He has never let me down. In multiple arena’s he has technically delivered, Impressed his peers and management team in all the key areas. Aside Lee’s day-to-day support activities he was also involved in project work. One to note was a refresh of Nokia Siemens network infrastructure in Munich. Lee managed the execution of this refresh, leading a team of over 30 engineers working round the clock against unenviable timescales to deliver the project on time and in budget for the customer.

He is now moving on for personal and career aspirations. His ability and personality will be missed by all of us. Selfishly I want him to stay but I know to ensure he keeps continuing to rise in business it is ultimately by far the right decision.
